Where do we start? The process always starts with a conversation - no strings attached and no obligation. The first step could be some emails back and forth or a coffee shop chat - whatever works best for you.

Why should I choose you? There are lots of amazing and talented graphic artists to choose from. If you've got a certain style in mind, check out different portfolios to find what might work for you. If you've got an idea in mind, here are 3 reasons I might be the right person for your project: 1. Passion The most perfect answer to the question "why do you design?" is "because I have to". I don't ever remember making the decision to be a designer - I just have to be a designer. It's the way I see the world and the way I communicate best. It's more than just a job to me and I'm so grateful to be able to do it every day. 2. Style At the core of everything I do is the ideology that design cannot trump the functionality of a project. My experience has taught me that while modern minimalist design and white space can provide a stunning visual, it's not always the best solution. Design is all about communication and the message needs to be strong and clear in order to be effective. 3. Character Artistic aptitude aside, you need to get along with your designer! I pride myself on being fair and approachable and that is reflected in the comments I've received from past partnerships. I am a far better listener than I am a talker and use that to my advantage. Questions, concerns & suggestions will never fall on deaf ears.

What do you charge?I charge an hourly rate for my design services. I can also provide an estimated flat fee for certain projects that have a defined start and finish time. For example, I have a set fee for logo design which outlines client expectations. A quote or estimate is provided for all projects and 50% payment is required upon approval. For more information on this, send me an email. There will be no surprises on your invoice. I can provide status updates or progress reports at any time if we're working on an hourly basis.

What do I get once the project is done? There are 2 options: 1. Hi-res file(s) that can be opened and utilized by any print shop. 2. A finished product - whether it be a business card or booklet, I have great relationships with many local printers. I am happy to connect with them on your behalf to take the project right to completion. In this case, printing will be included on your invoice.
